The Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (ARMM) in its mission to provide continued support to the civilian population displaced by the armed conflict in Maguindanao, organized the "Tabang Sibilyan, Isulong ang Kapayapaan".
As a relief and peace advocacy campaign, it seeks to gather support from people and organizations across the globe to compliment government efforts in order to achieve a more effective and efficient delivery of assistance to Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) and to strengthen the call for peace.
